Bio: Jess McLaren is a clean comedian and public speaker with over 27 years in military and aerospace industries. She served in the US Navy for 22 years working in intelligence, flying missions over Iraq, Afghanistan, and other less hot and sandy places. She has an Electrical Engineering (BSEE) degree from American Military University and currently works as a Chief Architect at a prime defense contractor on satellite programs.
She is the Mom of an amazingly creative young lady, runs a non-for profit advocating for the advancement of novel space propulsion, is a HAM radio operator, and will nerd out at the drop of a hat.
